We cannot be held liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete details provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply to resend the item.

 

Custom Items

 

All items are custom pieces made specifically for each order.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer

  • Personal preference once the item has been made

Faults or Issues on Our End

 

If there is an issue with your order that has occurred on our end, such as:

  • A broken bead

  • A manufacturing defect

  • Damage that occurred before dispatch and you are confident that all details were correct on your end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will be happy to:

  • Send a replacement charm free of charge

  • Cover the cost of the replacement item
