All of our phone straps are hand-made and personalised to each customer’s request. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any orders.

Please ensure all names, colours, and custom details are correct before placing your order, as we create each item exactly as submitted.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us on (contact@beadbunny.co.uk) within 48 hours and we will resolve it immediately.
